Join us in the Oak Room for a pop-up walking and hiking class with Andrew Tucker, certified personal trainer. In this class, you will learn fundamental core strength and stabilization exercises you can do at home to enhance your walking experience and keep your feet steady on the sidewalk or the trails. Andrew will demonstrate these simple bodyweight exercises that you can do anytime, anywhere.
