Well-being is about having the inner resources to meet stress while being in the midst of it. Our virtual educational Know Yourself Workshops are designed to help individuals increase their resilience to stress and improve their overall well-being and awareness.

In these workshops, participants are introduced to the groundbreaking Know Yourself multimedia series, which offers tools, concepts, and self-reflection exercises to help foster calmness, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and mind-body health.

Each workshop takes place over three consecutive weeks, with a 90-minute virtual meeting each week (see times and dates below). Each week the Anthropedia Certified Instructor leads workshop participants through the content, offering additional material and reflective exercises to enhance learning.

Know Yourself Part #1

Know Yourself Part #2

Wednesdays, March 2, 9, and 16
7:00pm – 8:30pm CST

$120 per workshop for members; $150 per workshop for non-members. Each workshop is three sessions. Includes audio guide. Participants must start sequentially with Part #1. Please speak with a Navigator for more information.
