In this Lunch and Learn, Dr. Nigel Lester will address the importance of building mental resilience. In our increasingly complex society, we need to optimize our brain fitness to manage the inundation of choices, information, and stimulation that we are exposed to today. The benefits of meditation, mindfulness, and contemplation on mood, attention, compassion, and stress management, as well as the benefits achieved through the development of neuroplasticity, emotional intelligence, and character development are becoming more and more evident.
