Outdoor Pilates Class Event

Join us in the PALM parking lot for an outdoor Pilates Mat class with Jamie Dockman, founder of Real Core Pilates, certified personal trainer, and well-known Pilates instructor in St. Louis. This outdoor class event will include special surprise giveaways, energizing music, and an atmosphere of community and fun, weather permitting. Class size is limited to 15 participants, so sign up soon!

Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1 then 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30, a 10-pack of classes for $200, or 1 month unlimited for $99/month. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30. Please bring your own water bottle.
