Join us in the fitness center for a pop-up class with Catey McKean, certified personal trainer. This class will be a fun-filled 45-minute resistance/cardio interval workout. You will alternate between high energy circuits, muscle building circuits, and recovery circuits as you travel between stations. This class is designed to increase your aerobic capacity and target power and stabilization to increase your strength.

Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30, a 10-pack of classes for $200, or 1 month unlimited for $99/month. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30.
