Join certified personal trainer Brent Haddock for a pop-up Strength and Stretch class! Begin with 30 minutes of high-intensity, circuit-style strength training focused on weight and reps, followed by 30 minutes of yoga to cool down and stretch the muscles worked in the strength portion. This class combines the best of fast-paced strength and resistance training with the slower, intentional movements of yoga.

Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30, a 10-pack of classes for $200, or 1 month unlimited for $99/month. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30.
