Form, footwear, and diet all play a part in being a healthy runner. Ashley Kumar, physical therapist, will discuss the ideal form for running as well as how to perform an effective warm-up and strength training program to prevent common running injuries. She will also discuss optimal nutrition for active runners, as well as the best footwear to improve runs. Free to attend and open to the community.
