Bodyweight Basics for Strength and Mobility

Art Class: Pastel Palms

In honor of PALM Health’s 8th anniversary, celebrate with a palm-themed art class! In this class, art instructor Maria Ojascastro will teach both novice and confident artists how to mix, blend, and layer pastels to create a drawing of a palm tree with PanPastels and chalk pastels. Plus, enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco or iced tea while you create your piece.
