Karrie Hohn, MD, IFMCP
Concierge Primary Care Physician and Functional Medicine Specialist
Dr. Catherine (Karrie) Hohn graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia Medical School and completed residency in Family Medicine at Mercy Hospital Saint Louis. After practicing community Family Medicine for 18 years, Dr. Hohn shifted the focus of her practice toward functional medicine. Dr. Hohn partners with patients to treat the underlying causes of disease and promotes wellness by addressing each individual patient’s biology, genetics, and lifestyle factors that influence health and wellness. Dr. Hohn practices proactive, predictive, personalized medicine and encourages patients to take an active role in their own healthcare.

Jane Gelfand, DO
Concierge Primary Care Physician and Functional Medicine Specialist
A board-certified Family Medicine Physician, Dr. Jane Gelfand earned her medical degree from Midwestern University – Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency at MacNeal Hospital in Chicago and has been practicing at BJC/Washington University. Dr. Gelfand has extensive training in osteopathic medicine and nutrition, and has spent time working in family medicine in both private practice and hospital settings. Through her experience, she has developed her interest in patient advocacy and education. She aims to help guide her patients to understand not only their own health but also the healthcare system and how to navigate their experience in it.

Henri Roca, MD
Concierge Primary Care Physician and Functional Medicine Specialist
Dr. Roca earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University, followed by a residency and internship at Marshall University, and has created several Integrative Medicine programs across the nation. Because diseases are rarely singular and each dysfunction tends to drive other dysfunctions, Dr. Roca believes understanding and resolving the root causes of illness can help bring the mind, body, and spirit toward optimal functioning. He emphasizes the importance of predicting and preventing genetic or familial diseases, and he has a particular interest in working with patients who experience chronic multi-symptom illnesses such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune challenges, and underlying cardiometabolic diseases.

Dr. Sita Kedia, MD, MPH, FAHS
Chief Medical Officer and Neurologist
Sita earned her medical degree from University of Colorado School of Medicine. She is triple board certified in Pediatrics, Adult/Pediatric Neurology, and Headache Medicine, and also received her Master’s of Public Health from the University of Colorado School of Public Health. Sita was recently the Director of the Headache Program at Children’s Hospital in Colorado and is a co-founder and Vice-President of the Anthropedia Foundation. Her extensive knowledge of traditional and complementary techniques, combined with devotion to each patient as an individual, helps her achieve the best possible outcomes.
