Andrew has a passion for working with people of all ages, focusing on increasing endurance and flexibility, enhancing range of motion, as well as total body strengthening, toning, and corrective exercises. He specializes in individual workout programs structured for members’ specific needs and applies different variations of circuit style training to maximize full potential and well-being. Andrew received his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
