Angela Campbell, CPT, E-RYT, ELDOA
PERSONAL TRAINER
Angie Campbell is a certified ELDOA trainer, Yoga Therapist, and movement specialist with over two decades of experience supporting clients in healing and restoring balance through mindful movement. She is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), holds an E-RYT 500 and YACEP designation, and is also trained as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and ELDOA spinal health practitioner. Angie’s integrative approach draws from a deep background in the somatic arts, combining physical practices with an understanding of nervous system regulation.
Currently pursuing her MFA at the University of Wisconsin’s Peck School of the Arts, Angie focuses her research on somatic science—particularly Somatic Experiencing (SE). She brings this trauma-informed lens to her personal training sessions at PALM Health, helping clients tune into their autonomic nervous system and release stored survival energy. Her work is especially impactful for those recovering from trauma, as it addresses the mind-body connection at its root. Angie also holds a BFA in dance from Stephens College and has had a meaningful professional dance career in Missouri, New Mexico, and Montreal.

“I have worked with Angie Campbell for about 10 years. Not only is she a terrific trainer, but she is caring, fun, and wonderful to be with even though she is working my butt off. For the last several years we have been doing ELDOA. This practice has focused more energy throughout my back, has strengthened my core, and all around made me feel better. Here’s to another 10 years!”
