Back by popular demand! Amanda Chesnutt and Ashley Wiegand will present an encore of their March seminar Brain Aerobics. Ashley will introduce the neurobiology of creativity: what goes on in the brain when we are being creative and when we are not. Amanda will lead the group through a series of movement exercises that help build new pathways in the brain while discussing creativity in our daily lives.
