Double the classes, double the fun! Join us in the PALM parking lot for one or both mask-free outdoor classes, weather permitting. We’ll have Cardio Cycle at 8am and Flow at 9am with MaryAnn Kuehl. Each outdoor class event will include special surprise giveaways, energizing music, and an atmosphere of community and fun. Class size is limited to 9 participants for Cardio Cycle and 15 participants for Flow, so sign up soon!
