Achieving Your Potential: Setting SMART Goals
January 18, 2019 · 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm| Free
There is a French saying, “c’est en forgeant qu’on devient forgeron,” which translates to “it is smiting that makes the smith,” or “it is in doing that we become.” Working towards meaningful goals is inherently transformative. Accomplishing personal goals improves our sense of purpose, self-efficacy, and satisfaction with life. In this seminar with Sarah Lewis, CWC, LMSW, you will learn to formulate, set, and take action on your goals using the SMART method and concepts from Anthropedia’s Know Yourself workshops. Participants will also practice setting a SMART objective during the seminar.
