Ashley will introduce the neurobiology of creativity: what goes on in the brain when we are being creative and when we are not. Amanda will lead the group through a series of movement exercises that help build new pathways in the brain while discussing creativity in our daily lives.

Both novice and experienced artists will enjoy stretching their creativity and further exploring multimedia collaging while nibbling on light refreshments in this afternoon art workshop.
