Join us in the Oak Room for a pop-up ELDOA class with Eric Lentz, certified personal trainer and Soma Therapist. The ELDOA method creates space and balance in the body by using myofascial stretches and specific osteopathic techniques to improve posture, relieve pain, and prevent injury. This pop-up class event will include the gift of a PALM sweat towel to each participant and an atmosphere of community and fun.

Find out moreAll PALM members ages 40 and older and their guests are invited to schedule a mammography screening with the Siteman Cancer Center Mammography Van, which will be parked in the PALM Health parking lot on April 14. The Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine offers mammograms at no cost to those who qualify. Funding is provided by Susan G. Komen® Missouri. The Mammography Van follows all CDC safety precautions regarding COVID-19 to ensure members stay safe.
