COUNSELOR AND WELL-BEING COACH
Sarah Lewis is a licensed clinical social worker and well-being coach dedicated to supporting individuals as they cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment. She serves as the Program Coordinator for PALM Health’s Neuroperformance Retreat, in which she helps guide participants through an immersive experience designed to address stress, resilience, and mental performance. Certified through the Anthropedia Institute, Sarah draws on more than a decade of experience in coaching and behavioral health to create a thoughtful and supportive space where individuals can deepen self-awareness and integrate meaningful changes into daily life.
Sarah has been with PALM Health since its inception in 2016, contributing in a variety of roles including Navigator, well-being coach, and program coordinator. She coordinated PALM’s Stress Management Program for five years and has also helped lead initiatives such as the Global Burnout Prevention Program with PALM’s affiliate non-profit organization, Anthropedia. These experiences have shaped her expertise as a liaison facilitating programs focused on stress, burnout, and long-term resilience.
