Sarah Lewis is a certified Well-Being Coach and counselor who offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner lives and align more deeply with their values and purpose. Her work focuses on helping individuals understand the many dimensions of themselves—including their thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and deeper sense of meaning. Sarah’s approach emphasizes self-discovery and personal agency, guiding clients as they clarify their goals and reshape their lives in alignment with what matters most to them.
Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University and earned her graduate degree from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Certified Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Institute, and she works especially well with students, young adults, and those seeking deeper clarity through holistic and creative inquiry.
