Gluten-Free Bagel Bites

Gluten Free Bagel BitesTry this easy 3-ingredient recipe for light and fluffy gluten-free air fryer bagel bites, courtesy of Rachel James, executive assistant at PALM.

  • Gluten-free flour
  • Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Everything-but-the-bagel seasoning, or seasoning of your choice
  1. Mix together equal parts gluten-free flour and Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into small balls and coat with seasoning.
  3. Air fry in an air fryer at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
