Try this easy 3-ingredient recipe for light and fluffy gluten-free air fryer bagel bites, courtesy of Rachel James, executive assistant at PALM.
- Gluten-free flour
- Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- Everything-but-the-bagel seasoning, or seasoning of your choice
- Mix together equal parts gluten-free flour and Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt in a large bowl.
- Shape into small balls and coat with seasoning.
- Air fry in an air fryer at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
