Want a professional, comprehensive assessment of your body’s capabilities and needs before you start training? This functional fitness test is completed with a personal trainer and evaluates your:

Combine your personal training experience with Soma technique, a unique methodology to injury prevention and optimal functioning. An excellent progression for clients who have received full Soma Therapy in the past, Personal Training with Soma combines traditional exercises with osteopathic manual techniques to further progress strength and mobility while retaining some of the support from Soma.
