Dietitian Katheryn Scauzzo shares her personal Chia Seed Pudding recipe to prepare as a healthy breakfast or snack.
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond or oat milk (or other dairy alternative)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix the ingredients listed above in a mason jar.
Place the lid on the jar, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
After 6 hours, top with the ingredients listed below.
