Cynthia Kardesch

Cynthia Kardesch, MD


Dr. Cynthia Kardesch, a native of St. Louis, received her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Medical School. Dr. Kardesch trained in Internal Medicine before completing her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, which included a fellowship in Spinal Cord Injury. She worked for SSM Health and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital before completing a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona in February 2016. Throughout her career, Dr. Kardesch has treated people with neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, as well as elite and recreational athletes. She takes a “total person” approach to her rehabilitative programs and enjoys working in partnership with her patients to achieve their goals.
