HOW DOES DR. KARDESCH PRACTICE?

Dr. Kardesch combines physiatry with integrative medicine. She focuses on the “whole person,” providing a thorough physical exam and taking into account all aspects of patients’ lives that may be affected by their disability or chronic pain with the goal of helping them live a more functional, pain-free life. “Dr. Kardesch has been so helpful and has gone out of her way to make sure I had a positive experience with my surgery. She called me after work hours to let me know what questions to ask my surgeon, which has helped me heal faster. She is really sweet and I appreciate working with her.”

WENDY O., DECEMBER 2019

“Dr. Kardesch rates 5 stars in my book!! She came to my visit very prepared, already knowledgeable of my history: TKR with lingering pain. After seeing two orthopedists over the last 18 months who could not have been less interested or helpful, I talked to Sarah Bird, who referred me to one of PALM’s own excellent resources. Dr. Kardesch did an examination, answered questions, discussed options, and presented several ways we could proceed to get to the cause of my ongoing knee pain. It felt so reassuring that Dr. Kardesch not only seemed to understand my issues, but also extended a genuine interest in the course of treatment that would give me relief. PALM continues to surprise with the quality and depth of care from its providers. Dr. Kardesch did not disappoint!!!”
